About the reporter:
Togo Kazuhiko is a professor at Kyoto Sangyo University and director of the institution of international studies. He graduated from the department of education of Tokyo university, majored in international relations, and obtained a doctor's degree from Leiden university in 2009. He is the author of these books, including 50 years of Japanese diplomacy: 1945 ~ 1995 (Russian version, 1966) ,Memorandum of negotiation on northern territories: five lost opportunities (2007), History and diplomacy: yasukuni shrine, Asia, Tokyo trial (2008), EastAsia's Haunted Present: Historical Memories and the renascent of Nationalism(2008), What Japan lost after the war: landscapes, people, countries(2010), Japan's Foreign Policy 1945-2009 (2010),Regeneration from the tohoku community: the great earthquake in east Japan and the future of Japan (co-authored, 2011).
Zun Zhiwei is a professor at Kyoto Sangyo University and a researcher at the institution of international studies.
